Prof.Dr.Vaishali Singh
Assistant Professor
She carries an overall academic experience of 5.5 years. Additionally, her industry experience in sales/marketing for over four years gives her the added edge in providing insights to students in the marketing discipline. Her Doctorate is in Commerce and Management from Om Prakash Jogender Singh University Churu Rajasthan. She has a good knowledge of HRM (Human resources Management) and Marketing management as her MBA degree is in dual specialization from a reputed institute. Her key focus areas are, Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management, Marketing Management, New Entrepreneurship and Innovation Management, Sales Management, Perspective Management, Business Environment, Foundation Course –III (Environmental Management), Competency Based HRM and Performance Management etc.

Her professional experience majorly contributes towards training & grooming, Handling fresh talent, Marketing, Business Development and operations
Mr. Sujith Raman Kalathil
Assistant Professor
Mr. Sujith Raman Kalathil is a NET-qualified academician with over a decade of teaching experience in Finance, Economics, and Management. He holds an MBA in Finance and an M.Com, and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Finance.
He is known for his innovative and practical teaching approach, incorporating simulations, projects, and experiential learning to enhance student understanding. With a blend of academic and industry experience, along with research publications in reputed journals, he is committed to fostering academic excellence and holistic student development.
Prof.Roopam Agrawal

Proven leadership in enhancing academic advising and staff development as the Head of Department (HOD) at Idyllic Institute of Management. A committed senior professor with over 18 years of experience at Indore & Nagpur city’s leading academic institutions, teaching students from various social and cultural backgrounds, possessing excellent administrative, verbal and written communication skills along with constructive and effective teaching methods that promote a stimulating learning environment.

Prof. Adity Cheeta

Adity Cheeta is an accomplished academician, researcher, and former banking professional with over a decade of experience in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector. A postgraduate in Business Administration (MBA — Marketing, ICFAI Business School, 2005), she currently serves as Assistant Professor of Marketing in the PGDM-General and Internship Programme at Sir M. Visveswarya Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai, and is pursuing her PhD from Symbiosis International University (Deemed), Pune.

Tritom Communication as Vice President Maadhyam as Director and IKSL as Consultant. All throughout worked in the field of Media and Rural Marketing. Executive Committee member of RMAI (Rural Marketing Association of India).
Prof.Murli Iyer

He is a Post Graduate in Finance (MMS) from K.J. Somaiya Institute of Management Studies and Research. He has cleared his National Eligibility Test (NET) in Management conducted by UGC. He has also cleared his Certified Financial Planning (CFP) course conducted by Financial Standards Board India. He started his career in Banking with Retail Operations, the last stint was in the Corporate Banking department at Bandra, handling the Hospitality Sector Portfolio. Subsequent to the 8 years in Banking, 15 years in Academics and still counting. Details as below. Moved into academics with N.L.Dalmia Institute of Management Studies and Research, was the PAN India Trainer for Godrej & Boyce in Finance and Financial Planning. Was the National Head for Financial Literacy for National Institute of Securities Markets (NISM, SEBI’s Education Wing). Has more than 400 hours of International Voice Recording in Finance and Technology related topics. Visiting faculty with Thomas Cook Centre of Learning for the last 8 years, got an AHLEI short term certification during a skill development workshop held in their premises. Also deliver sessions in various Management subjects for Blue Whale Academy ( MBA in Travel & Tourism).
