Team A presented the following 5 points: Reliable on AI, AI can work 24/7 without the need for the rest, automation and efficiency of tasks, AI excels in multitasking and AI reduces human error. Team B argued that AI can assist humans in many areas but it cannot replace unique human qualities that are necessary for certain tasks. They have presented the following 5 points: Lack of creativity and innovation, lack of emotional intelligence and empathy, dependency on human input, Job displacement and social impact, and cannot nurture a new life through AI. Outcome of the debate, team A was able to show convincingly the potential of AI in automating tasks and performing specialized functions that could replace human workers in certain fields. Team B successfully countered by highlighting the irreplaceable aspects of human being such as creativity, empathy and ethical decision-making. The debate concluded with the understanding that AI can replace humans in some jobs or tasks but it cannot replace full range of human abilities.
