SVIMS Business School, Wadala successfully organized a Global Faculty Development Program (FDP) and SVIMS Global Masterclass on 26th February
2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The Faculty Development Program was delivered by Dr. William Koehler, Dean of Regis College, Boston, USA, on the topic “AI-Driven Teaching Methodology & Research Publications.” The session focused on innovative AI-enabled teaching practices and strategies to improve the quality and impact of academic research. The program was supported by Dr. Mohan Lal, President of thex Indo-Gulf Management Association.
The FDP witnessed active participation of several faculty members from colleges across Mumbai, creating a rich platform for academic exchange and professional development. The SVIMS Global Masterclass was also conducted by Dr. William Koehler and Dr. Mohan Lal on the theme “AI & International Careers: Strategic Insights for Future Managers.” The session provided valuable insights into the role of Artificial Intelligence in shaping global career opportunities and preparing future managers for an international business environment.
The masterclass was enthusiastically attended by First-Year MBA students, who benefited from the global perspectives and practical insights shared by the
distinguished speakers. Such initiatives reflect SVIMS’s continued commitment to global exposure, academic excellence, and innovation in management education.
