Outbound Training Program
PGDM 2021-23 Batch
SVIMS Business School as per its practice had arranged the Outbound Training Program for the PGDM 2021-23 Batch from 20/07/22 until 22/07/22. The program was held at RMP centre in Uttan, Bhayander. Ms Nidhi Sharma & Ms Zahabiya Rangoonwala from Bon Impressions conducted the program.
The Session Plan for 2 days covered topics like Mindful Communication, Seek to understand than to be understood, Be Proactive, Pareto’s Law, and Teamwork task – on how to be successful in the corporate world.
The second day covered topics on How to be successful, Win win strategy, Game of Collaboration, Sharpen your saw & Approach Goals v/s Avoidance goals.
After each topic, teams were asked to present and a recap done for ensuring better recall. The last day had team presentations and was followed with one on one feedback and counselling session by Ms Nidhi & Zahabiya.
Students that were present for the above program thoroughly enjoyed the same and reported that the same has done immense value addition to their learning and getting ready for Go To Market.
