Objective of the Event:
The primary objective of celebrating HR Professional Day was to recognize the vital role played by Human Resource professionals in shaping organizational culture, talent management, and employee development. It also aimed to motivate PGDM students specializing in HR by familiarizing them with real-world practices and the evolving trends in the HR domain.
Event Summary:
The event was successfully conducted in Classroom 6 on the ground floor with enthusiastic participation from 25 PGDM students. The celebration began with a warm welcome and introduction by student organizer Ms. Sakshi Chavan. Dr. V.B. Malji, HOD of HR MMS/PGDM, delivered an insightful speech highlighting the importance of the HR function in today’s dynamic corporate world. He encouraged students to pursue their careers in HR with passion, integrity, and innovation.
Dr. Vaishali Singh, faculty coordinator, ensured the smooth execution of the event. Students actively engaged in discussions and shared their perspectives on the future of HR. The celebration fostered awareness, learning, and motivation among students, aligning well with the institutions objective of holistic professional development.
