SVIMS Business School proudly hosted alumni from the 2010 batch onwards for SVIMSPIRE 2026 on Friday, 24th April 2026, at Suryavanshi Kshatriya Sabhagruha, Dadar, Mumbai.
With an enthusiastic gathering of 160 alumni across batches, the evening was filled with meaningful connections. shared memories, and renewed collaboration. A key highlight of the event was the unveiling of a dedicated internal networking email platform—designed to help alumni connect, collaborate, and explore opportunities aligned with their skillsets. SVIMSPIRE 2026 truly reflected the strength of our alumni network and the spirit of staying connected beyond classrooms.
SVIMSpire 2025
SVIMS B-School (SBS) welcomed their Alumni on Saturday 12th April’25 at The Suryavanshi Banquet Hall, Dadar, Mumbai. The Alumni Association of SBS organised “SVIMSpire ’25 a programme to connect and bring together its prestigious Alumni. The alumni meet reconnected from batches 2010 to 2024 and each one celebrated the success of the Institute and shared their professional success. The Alumni were received by the registration team and thereafter proceeded with the registration formalities. Each Alumni was presented with a momento as a token of appreciation from the Institute. The Alumni Meet started with games to interconnect the batches. The winners of the various games were presented with chocolates. Further, SBS Director Dr. Purshottam Patil then welcomed the Alumni. He presented the Institute report on the academic and non-academic activities undertaken.
Some “Distinguished Alumni” were felicitated by the director and Faculty members. Alumni also interacted with the students and gave motivational talk regarding preparing for studies and placements. Students asked many questions regarding placements and the alumni shared their views. Post this there was a DJ session and selfies at the selfie booth. A photo session was taken with all the Alumni present at the occasion. The Alumni, faculty members, staff and students enjoyed a scrumptious dinner and parted with happy memories. The event was equally appreciated by one and all present on the occasion.
SVIMSpire 2024
SVIMS B-School (SBS) hosted its Alumni Meet, “SVIMSpire ’24,” on Saturday, 13 January 2024, at The Suryavanshi Banquet Hall. The event was organised by the Alumni Association of SVIMS with the objective of reconnecting and strengthening bonds among its esteemed alumni network.
The programme witnessed enthusiastic participation from alumni representing batches from 2010 to 2023. The gathering served as a platform for alumni to reconnect with their peers, celebrate the growth and achievements of the Institute, and share their professional experiences and success stories.
The alumni were warmly welcomed by the registration team and guided through the registration process. As a gesture of appreciation and gratitude, each alumnus was presented with a memento from the Institute.
The event commenced with engaging interactive games and activities designed to encourage networking and interaction among alumni from different batches. Winners of the activities were felicitated with gifts and chocolates.
Addressing the gathering, SBS Director Dr. Purshottam Patil extended a warm welcome to all alumni and presented the Institute’s report highlighting its academic accomplishments, co-curricular initiatives, and institutional developments.
The occasion also featured a special felicitation ceremony honouring distinguished alumni for their remarkable professional achievements and contributions in their respective fields. Alumni further interacted with current students and delivered insightful motivational talks on academics, career planning, skill development, and placement preparation. The interactive session allowed students to seek guidance on career opportunities and industry expectations, to which the alumni responded with valuable advice and practical insights.
The celebrations continued with a lively DJ session, networking interactions, and memorable moments captured at the selfie booth. A group photograph was also taken with all alumni, faculty members, staff, and students present at the event.
The programme concluded with a delightful dinner, leaving everyone with cherished memories and a renewed sense of connection with the SBS family. The event was highly appreciated by all attendees and successfully reinforced the strong bond between the Institute and its alumni community.
SVIMSpire 2023
The Alumni Association of SVIMS B-School (SBS) had organised “SVIMSPIRE 2023” a programme to facilitate, consolidate and coordinate Alumni Activities at Kohinoor Banquet Hall on 25th March 2023. The alumni meet is to reconnect with the Alumni and celebrate their success and various achievements. The Alumni started arriving at the venue by 7.30 pm and they were received by the registration team and they have been asked to fill the registration form. The Alumni Meet started with a welcome address by our Director Dr. Purshottam Patil following this Mr. Parthasarathi Naik, President of NKES society addressed the crowd. Our esteemed trustee Mr. Anant Banwasi felicitated the guest of honour with a Tulsi Sapling.
We then proceeded with presenting the college report highlighting the various milestones reached in the past year. College report was followed by felicitation of our “Distinguished Alumni”. Alumni also interacted with the students and gave motivational talk regarding preparing for studies and placements. Students asked many questions regarding placements and the alumni shared their views. Post this we had a Vote of thanks was given by Dr.Awasthi. The students enjoyed Management Games and DJ session along with lots of selfies at the selfie booth, had their dinner and parted with happy memories. The event was equally liked by one and all present on the occasion.
