SVIMS Business School conducted the Outbound Induction Program at Monteria Village, Karjat for the PGDM 2024-26 batch from 23/09/24 until 25/09/24.
Topic: Good to Great … PATH to SUCCESS; A corporate ready program

The topics were a gateway for the students to get an understanding of skills required for success in the corporate world.
Assessment Criteria
1. The students were engaged with in a one-on-one session for 7-10 minutes and their understanding of topics were evaluated
2. They were also be observed for their interactions with other students; working collaboratively with each other and stepping up to speak up in front of audience.
Overall Observations
Self-doubt is rampant in almost all students
They were shaky, which is understandable however, on day second they started opening up & got into an interactive mode.
They need regular push and mentoring to support their keenness and enthusiasm to move ahead.
